I’m Holly, the writer and Midwest native behind Rust Belt Runner blog. This blog is an outlet for my writing on health and fitness. I am an avid runner and enjoy practicing yoga regularly. I also enjoy sharing my latest cooking experiments, and sometimes the happenings in my daily life here.
I am from Ohio and moved back to the Buckeye state in 2011 after living in Indiana for three years. My husband and I now reside in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to spending time with my husband, family and friends, some of my interests include day tripping, visiting coffee shops and anything related to Lake Erie and the beach.
In 2010 I became serious about running and went on to complete 10 races the same year, including my first half-marathon, 12K and 10K. Daily I strive to become a stronger runner and a healthier individual.
